Mechanical Engineering Department Organizes Seminar on Refrigeration Systems

A Seminar on “REFRIGERATION SYSTEMS & THE MAINTENANCE OF HOUSEHOLD REFRIGERATORS” was organized by Mechanical Engineering Department and Mechanical Engineering Association on dated 03/2/2026 at 12:00 Noon for the students of Mechanical Engineering. The seminar was delivered by Dr. Y. M. Jibhakate, HOD Mechanical Engineering Department, KITS, Ramtek. Resource person Dr. Y. M. Jibhakate, in his seminar explains refrigeration and its importance, applications, types of the refrigeration systems, vapour compression refrigeration system, components of household refrigerator and its maintenance in a very lucid and elaborative manner. This information will be helpful to the students of mechanical engineering for their future career. Around 42 students were present during the seminar. Staff in charge and office bearer of MEA put extra efforts for the success of the program.
